Hylea SR is a modern daughter from our Foundation mare N Calandra. She is by the very successful stallion Quite Easy I sire of many GP jumpers and dressage horses. Quite Easy I is by none other then Quidam de Revel out of Birte II, a Landgraf I daughter out of the full sister of Capitol. He was the leading sire at the Famous Flyinge State stud of Sweden, and then was sold to famous french stud Haras de Brullemail.
Not only was Quite Easy I sire of GP Jumpers and Dressage horses, but he also competed in GP jumping and dressage himself. This is all the more amazing when you know that this was done without the use of one of his eye's. He was born with only one working eye, and it clearly never held him back.
Hylea SR's dam, N Calandra was our first Holsteiner mare and after producing 9 super offsping, we decided to keep one for ourselves. Please click on Calandra's page to learn more about Hylea's siblings. Hylea SR is just growing up, and will have her first foal in 2019
